Refund policy

 Our lenses are custom-made for you. Once cut with your specific power & fitted in your desired frame, we cannot reuse the lenses again for anyone else. However, we really want you to be 100% happy with our products and services, which is why here’s a simplified cancellation/return policy for you.

We offer a 7-Day No Questions Asked^ returns and exchange policy. We work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return/exchange the product within 7 days of receipt of the order.

^Returns/Exchanges are NOT applicable on items purchased using discount code/coupon.

Return Process
Click on Return/Exchange Link with your Order Number under the Return/Exchange Centre section on our website.
The company provides you an opportunity to Return, Refund or Exchange the product purchase on our website of Spexwale.com if you meet the following criteria:-
1. The request for return, exchange or refund should be raised within 7 days of the receipt/delivery of the products bought through our website.
2. The price tag, other identification tag, the invoice and the original packing must be intact and sent back;
3. The product should not have been used or damaged or having scratches that diminish the value of the product in any manner.
4. Ensure that return package should be properly sealed and sent to the Company. If product is found damaged by any way same will be resent to you(re-shipping charges to be borne by you) and not considered for return or refund purpose.
5. The return product will be checked by our experts and after the checking we will proceed further.
6. The refund amount will exclude the shipping charges and any other cost in respect to restocking of the product by the expert.
7. The refund amount will be initiated within 2-3 working days after confirmation from our expert that the product is delivered intact and after deduction of charges applicable.
8. The reverse pickup and sending the replacement product takes, usually 5-7 working days.

Exchange Policy:
• We provide a free exchange on all orders within 7 days of receipt of order
• In case of exchange/ returns , no offers will be applicable. (Exchange will be processed on MRP - price mentioned on       website at the time of exchange ).
• Eyewear cases are not eligible for return, exchange or warranty.

 No return/ refund/ exchange applicable on items which are sold at a discount or during promotional/clearance sale. 



Refund Policy
Our refund process is as follows: -

• You may opt for Credit Note (GIFT CARD)**  for the amount paid or get refund for the amount after paying a fee Rs. 150/- as the convenience fee. The same will be deducted from the original payment and the balance will be credited back. (applicable to Prepaid orders only)
• In case of orders where payment has been made through Cash on Delivery(COD),you may opt for Credit Note** ( less shipping charges) or exchange with any other product. BANK ACCOUNT REFUNDS (Cash/ Account transfer) ARE NOT APPLICABLE on CoD orders.
• If a wrong or damaged product is sent back to us by the customer, we will not accept the return / exchange.
 No Return/Refunds/Exchanges on Promotional offers/ any other offer/discounted items.
  Once a product is exchanged & delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
• In case wrong / faulty product is delivered to the customer, inform us within 24hrs of delivery and we will arrange the pickup from our end. The same will be picked up within 24-48hrs of receiving the request.

• Once the order reaches us, we will arrange to send the original product. Also note that in case our logistics partner/s do not serve the customer location for reverse shipping, the customer needs to send it to us from their end through SPEEDPOST.
• In case a Wrong lens based order (but you shared correct prescription) is received by you, we will get it replaced with correct one. No refunds applicable on this basis.
• Once the product is picked up, we will arrange to send the original product from our side. The delivery of the same will be       processed within 3-5 working days.
• In case of tampered packaging at the time of delivery, we request you not to accept the order and inform us on
  team@spexwale.com or Call/WhatsApp on 825-7777-858 
• We at Spexwale have the right to cancel any order, under few circumstances without any prior notice. The refund of the same will be initiated within 2-3 working days and will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation from the customer's side or after the order is processed/ dispatched, convenience fee will be charged as per the policy (Rs150/- in case of Prepaid orders).


Disclaimer* 

  • If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • If a wrong item is sent from customer's end, we held no responsibility. We will process the order of exchange / refund only when our product is received. The reverse shipping charges of return of the wrong item will be borne by customer only (if receipt of the wrong product is confirmed from our end) 


* In case the customer ships the order from their end, convenience charge of Rs 150/- will be waived off. (Prepaid Orders only) 

**Credit note is the gift card issued to the customer's wallet which can be redeemed within 1 year of its issue valid over the next purchase. The same can be used for any other products available on our website.

 

Offer Specific Cancellations

In case you’ve availed any offer while placing your order, make sure you go through the entire Terms & Conditions of the specific offer before initiating a cancellation request.

All our offers are for limited period only and may change without any prior notice. Any offer/discount availed during initial purchase (before exchange/cancellation) can not be availed again.

In most cases, sale items get sold out fast and hence even eligible exchange/replacements can not be offered. You have the option to get full refund or gift card in such a case.

Unethical Purchase Policy

We endeavor to ensure a purchase or an offer is completely fool-proof, however, in case of unethical purchase, the below policy terms may come into effect.

  • Spexwale will not be liable to pay any refund to the customer/s in case if any purchase is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes. All such orders will be cancelled whatsoever.
  • Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; Under this circumstance, Spexwale reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee (which could also be entire order amount) from the user if similar charges are also borne by Spexwale.
  • In case of misuse of our website by a customer by falsifying his/her Email Id or Mobile Number; Spexwale will cancel the order and no refund will be paid.

 

Warranty Policy:

  • Up to One Year Conditional Warranty is applicable on Spexwale Sunglasses, Eyeglasses & Power Sunglasses. The actual warranty period is mentioned on the lens selection page and only covers the following manufacturing defects.

Incorrect model details printed
  • A six month warranty is offered in the Computer Glasses category.
  • No warranty is offered on Reading Glasses & Colour Blind Glasses category.
  • The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty is not applicable on damages resulting from any sort of negligence, mishandling, accidents, corrosion or rust, and loss of components or accessories on the customer's part.
  • This warranty is valid only when you buy through Spexwale.com.
  • A product will only be replaced by Spexwale at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the defects.
  • Spexwale will not be accountable for payments or refund against any incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty on Contact Lenses:

Warranty is provided by the brand/seller. For any product issues reach out to the seller/brand.

Warranty on Brands:

Spexwale will not be responsible for the warranty of products by other sellers/brands. For any product issues reach out to the seller/brand.
